Mario Lamar

Mario Lamar is a partner with Allen Bryson Lamar, PLLC, where he specializes in business debt collections and complex creditor’s rights issues, as well as construction law. His creditor’s rights practice encompasses everything from multi-million-dollar lawsuits to an extensive post-judgment and bankruptcy practice. He has presented legal education programs to lawyers and businesses/trade groups on different topics in the field of business debt collections and construction/lien law. Mario’s construction law practice includes broad representation of subcontractors, energy service companies, general contractors, owners, and developers on various issues including lien filing/enforcement, general litigation, contract preparation/negotiations, and construction defect litigation.

In addition to his creditor’s rights and construction practices, Mario serves as general legal counsel for companies, where he drafts contracts, helps structure deals, and advises his clients on a wide variety of legal issues. Mario has been named a Super Lawyers Texas Rising Star since 2021.
